We do not deploy personnel until they have met the CedarOak Standard—a multi-phase certification process designed to ensure that every officer is prepared for the complexities of high-stakes asset protection.
Phase I: The Core Certification Programme
Before any officer commences deployment, they must complete our intensive Initial Training Programme at our Regional Headquarters. This comprehensive induction serves as a mandatory gatekeeper, covering:
- The Fundamentals of Tactical Security: Strategic observation and situational awareness.
- Corporate Ethics & Integrity: Aligning with the CedarOak "Senior Risk" philosophy.
- Core Procedures: Mastery of communication protocols, emergency response, and legal frameworks.
Success in this programme is a non-negotiable prerequisite for employment.
Phase II: Specialized On-Site Induction
Once the core standards are met, personnel undergo a specialized On-Site Tactical Induction. This phase is designed to familiarize the officer with the specific operational nuances of the client's facility.
- Duration: Managed by our Training Specialists for up to seven days (or as required by site complexity).
- Scope: Deep-dive into site-specific vulnerabilities, entry/exit protocols, and emergency evacuation routes.
Phase III: The Site Competency Examination
Accountability is enforced through our Formalized Site Manuals. Each manual is a bespoke document tailored to the unique risk profile of the individual site. To complete their induction, every officer must pass a Comprehensive Site Examination, testing:
- Client-Specific Requirements: Mastery of the unique directives for your facility.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensuring consistent, high-level performance.
- Incident Management: Testing the ability to respond effectively under pressure.
